Thomas P. Keffer
Thomas P. Keffer is the property and construction manager for PHLF. He oversees operations of real estate owned by PHLF and its subsidiaries and is also in charge of monitoring easements controlled by the Foundation. A registered general contractor with the City of Pittsburgh, Tom performs general contract management services and also provides technical assistance to PHLF clients on restoration and preventative maintenance. A Pittsburgh native, Tom joined PHLF staff in 1982. He is a graduate of Perry Traditional Academy, has attended courses in technical and mechanical studies in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, and has taken continuing education courses offered by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
