Matthew J. Ragan
Matthew J. Ragan joined PHLF as preservation director in September 2011. His position includes both preservation and managerial responsibilities. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University. Matt has served as a PHLF trustee since 2004.
