Judith Harvey
Judith Harvey is the librarian of the Frank B. Fairbanks Rail Transportation Archive, which is open on Wednesdays. She joined PHLF’s staff after a 2002 gift of railroad materials gave her the professional opportunity to catalog and organize a research and reading archive for members and guests. Born in Pittsburgh and educated in Indiana and Pittsburgh, Judith has worked in various fields of education locally, and was a retired librarian prior to joining PHLF. This position provides her with a weekly highlight and a rewarding experience.
