Frank Stroker
Frank Stroker is the assistant archivist and sales manager at PHLF. He handles public inquires regarding historic places, administers the Historic Landmark Plaque program, maintains PHLF’s print and photo archives, creates presentations for staff use, and is responsible for book sales and inventories. Frank came to Pittsburgh from northwestern Pennsylvania to attend the University of Pittsburgh; he responded to a summer job posting and began working with PHLF’s Station Square development in 1984.
