Anne E. Nelson
Anne E. Nelson is general counsel for PHLF. She provides legal counsel to the non-profit organization and its subsidiaries on a variety of issues, assists with the the preservation easement program and National Register programs, and advocates for the preservation and reuse of historic buildings at the city, county, state and national levels, among other things. A resident of the historic South Side, Anne is a graduate of Boston College, where she studied History, and also holds a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Anne began working at PHLF as an intern in 2005 before joining the staff as a full-time employee in 2007.
