City-Council Presentation

On March 29, 2005, City Council President Gene Ricciardi presented four students from Phillips Elementary School with a proclamation commending them for their involvement in the Save Our History program. The four students represented each of the four participating schools: Arlington Elementary, Bishop Leonard Catholic, Philip Murray Elementary, and Phillips Elementary.
