Real Estate Development

We undertake real estate development on a non-profit basis, particularly for affordable housing in historic neighborhoods, and on a market basis through our wholly owned for-profit corporation Landmarks Development Corporation (LDC). This corporations provides contract services in real estate development and management, historic preservation planning, undertakes real estate development for its own account.
